Glen Cunningham

Glen obtained a diploma of Electrical Engineering Technology in 1983 and became certified through his work in that field. He returned to school and graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Laws Degree in 1991. Glen has sat on several boards including the Red Deer chapter of the Canadian Association of Farm Advisors and has been president of the Red Deer Central Lions Club and the Piper Creek Optimist Club of Red Deer. Glen has consulted and instructed courses for the Alberta Real Estate Association.

Kelly Le Vann

Born and raised in Red Deer, Kelly le Vann brings deep local roots and a practical, personable approach to his legal practice. With a strong understanding of the real estate world—thanks in part to his father’s career as a local realtor—Kelly offers grounded, insightful guidance to buyers, sellers, and developers alike.

Kelly is known for his clear communication, strategic thinking, and a touch of humour which helps keep even the most complex legal matters approachable. Outside of work, he’s married to a dedicated teacher, and together they’re proud to call Central Alberta home.

Tom Langford

Thomas graduated from the University of Alberta in 1999 with a Bachelor of Law degree, with distinction. Prior to returning home to Alberta to study Law, Thomas worked in the aviation industry for 15 years, most notably in Air Traffic Services and as a Professor of Aviation Management. Thomas has also completed the National Introductory Arbitration Course from the ADR Institute of Alberta.
